Project Director

As a seasoned leader and visionary, Joseph holds the responsibility for orchestrating the successful execution of complex initiatives, from inception to completion. With an acute focus on detail, he tracks progress, mitigate risks, and make critical decisions to guarantee that projects are executed seamlessly. With Joseph’s driving force behind the realization of projects, it ensures that the projects align with the client’s objectives and are delivered with precision.

Joseph had previously managed total chemicals polystyrene plant, Lanxess polybutadiene plant, Abbvie operations & Aventis pharma pharmaceutical plants. He is specialized in brownfield project for pharma plant, plant capacity expansion, construction of warehouses and laboratory, chemical plant maintenance, utilities set-up, process robustness and energy efficiency improvement.

Kenneth Wee

Project Manager

Kenneth is a vital figure in the company responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing specific projects to achieve their objectives. He is tasked with defining project goals, scope, and deliverables while creating a detailed project plan. They work to assemble a project team, set timelines, and allocate resources efficiently. Kenneth’s 15 years of experience is a testament to an individual’s ability to lead, plan, and execute complex initiatives effectively. It reflects a wealth of knowledge and skills acquired in overseeing projects from inception to completion.
