Our ethos was put to the test during Covid-19. While the world was thrown into disarray, we were quickly able to resume operations to pre-Covid levels. We turned the pandemic into an opportunity to test our operation capabilities, allowing project team leaders to take charge on site while the leadership team coordinated projects remotely. The smooth delivery of the projects on time on target validates our faith in our people and our culture of nurturing leaders throughout our ranks.
